1. My two brothers Lance and Scott share the same birthday, Sept 24th. This year Lances family had a birthday party at a restaurant here in Vernal. Lance was 51. He wanted me to post this and let everyone who thought he wouldn't live to be 50, look at him go! Lance has had some real health issues over the years. We are so glad that he is happy and healthy right now. He has 6 grandchildren 5 boys and 1 girl. I love the picture of Mom and Chuck. They are so cute together and we feel so blessed to have Chuck as our stepfather.
2. My friends and I try to get together once every 3 to 5 years and have a BIG slumber party for a few days. Well this year it was planned for Oct 10th to the 13th. As time went on it seemed to have less and less interest and when it came down to it we only had 4 of us committed.

We wondered if we should forget it all together but our good friend Diane said NO WAY lets do it. Diane was diagnosed with breast cancer early this year and has been having treatments. She brought us all pink ribbons and a small clock (that is beautiful) to represent "Always making time for each other" It was so sweet and kind of her to think of us when she has had a hard year. She is doing well and getting her hair back, feeling good and LOVING life. Thanks for reminding us how important life REALLY is. Love ya girls.
