We started out yesterday on the metro at noon to see the Cherry Blossoms. It had rained and thunder and lighting all night long. We were worried that they might be all gone. They were not and we were not disappointed. Caroline was a trooper once again riding all day in the stroller.

We stopped at the National Museum of the American Indian. It was AWESOME!!
This car was put on displace just yesterday and it is called a Vochol and is covered with 2,277,000 glass seed beads. It was made by the Wixaritari people in Mexico as a show of art and their culture. It took 9000 man hours to complete in 7 months. It was so cool!
Washington Monument!
This is a big walk way around the Jefferson Monument called the Tidal Basin. I was incredible! There were hundreds of people walking around and taking pictures of all these blossoms.

Here is our chauffeur for the Tidal Basin. This was a crazy place and no where to park and a lot of walking from anywhere we could have parked. We went to Matt's office and his boss Spencer said he would take us down there and wait for us to look and take pictures. It was a very nice thing for him to do. You can't really see him but he is waiting in his car for us. THANK YOU!!
