A week with Jo!

Here are some random pictures of our week with Joleen. It was unexpected but a great week at that. She had gone to see Adam for a month stay but it was cut short as they both prayed about their relationship and one got a YES and one got a NO.  So we got her for a week. It was truly a great week of growing and learning. She is my hero and I will never forget what she taught me this week. Blame is a VERY bad behavior and I need to stop it!! 

 The Mechams were in town for their grandfathers funeral. We had a family dinner that night after the days events. Les spoke and so did Mariann at their fathers funeral and it was a very good meeting and send off for him. He was a great man and has great children. Glad I knew Lynn Mecham.

 Joleen and David thought home made ice cream would be a hit and it was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Here are the cousins Jo and David. They  had a nice visit that was long over due. 

 Aunt Laurie and Uncle Bill came over for Sunday dinner and I roped them into a game of trains. We let Joleen win because she was the guest! Right JO???

 We also had to celebrate her birthday as we will not be together for the big event this year. We have not missed being with her for the big day for many years. She requested Banana cream pie. BIG HIT!!

We took her out to SLC to meet her plane but before leaving the Big city we had dinner with her good friends. Lexy and Trissy.
