At Christmas time I wanted to make a plan to see my girl in Texas. We planned for Spring break in March. Raquel and Caroline and I flew down on the 16th and came home on the 21st. we really had a fun time. Everyone has asked me what we did while being there. We really didn't do much EXCEPT girl stuff. we stayed up late-laughed-talked-watched movies-got our toes done-shopped-ate out-went on walks-set in the sun and we did some great cooking. Joleen made the best Chili Verde EVER!! We had LOTS of weight watcher treats and counted our points on most meals. We did have a great steak at "Texas Road House". Caroline was a great baby all around. She didn't cry at all. She didn't sleep as good as if she was home but come on what more could we ask for. She was Perfect. Here are pictures of our adventures and they are not in any order. We also had a little birthday cake for Raquel but I didn't get it on film!
